Since founding Pochis Sweet Designs, Carlson has added to her business by bringing Pochis Colombian Café to Grand Rapids. The cafe offers an authentic Colombian dining experience, blending traditional flavors with a casual, inviting atmosphere. Specializing in Colombian favorites like arepas, empanadas, and bandeja paisa, Pochis delivers the vibrant tastes of Colombia through fresh, high-quality ingredients.
