Tanesia is the Business Development Manager at Michigan Women Forward, where she leads efforts to expand the organization’s reach and impact by fostering relationships with entrepreneurs, community partners, and stakeholders. She brings more than 15 years of professional experience to the organization. 

In her role, Tanesia drives the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that empower entrepreneurs through funding opportunities, education, and resource access. With a strong emphasis on business growth and community development, she actively works to identify new opportunities and create sustainable programs that support the success of small businesses.

Tanesia is a native Detroiter. She’s dedicated to community service and serves on the board of Art and Scraps.
