Rebeca Arredondo-Bridges is the Development and Program Coordinator at MWF, where she leverages her extensive background to empower underrepresented business owners and advance fundraising efforts.

With nearly a decade of experience with nonprofit operations, she brings creative advocacy, community outreach, and resource coordination, including work with the Fair Housing Center of West Michigan, Kent County Community Action, United Way, and The Grand Rapids Red Project. She excels at building trusted partnerships among organizations and stakeholders, while bridging the gap between resources and the people who need them most.

Rebeca comes from a multigenerational family of restaurateurs and entrepreneurs, and later embarked on her own entrepreneurial journey with her creative social impact e-studio, Vive4Luv.

In her free time, you can find her enjoying a local community festival. She also loves spending time with her family at movie nights, going out on nature hikes and to the beach, or visiting her favorite public libraries when it’s cold outside.
