Chad Knight serves as Flint Loan Officer for Michigan Women Forward, where he works directly with entrepreneurs to help them access capital and grow their businesses. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across banking, credit unions, financial services, and title operations, Chad brings deep expertise in lending, operations, strategic growth, and customer service.

Prior to joining MWF, Chad held leadership roles with Michigan Trusted Title Agency, Dort Financial Credit Union, OneMain Financial, CCF Bank, and Bank of America. Throughout his career, he has led statewide growth initiatives, managed multi-location operations, developed high-performing teams, and helped organizations strengthen performance through strategic planning and operational excellence.

Chad earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Central Michigan University and is also a Licensed Financial Counselor and Notary Public.
