It is with mixed emotions I write my final blog as Michigan Women Forward’s Chief Lending Officer. My journey with MWF began nearly nine years ago when I joined the board as a volunteer. The journey has been one that took me from volunteer to full time employee and allowed me to play a prominent role in its evolution. I am extremely proud of the organization’s growth and look forward to the continued tremendous impact it will have on entrepreneurs in the state of Michigan. I will miss working with my colleagues, the impactful programs, and the amazing entrepreneurs in the micro enterprise ecosystem. Know that I will not be far and will continue to work to create programs that provide equal access to capital for all entrepreneurs, and enable all entrepreneurs to create sustainable businesses and create generational wealth!
