Leadership | Known for her vision and drive, Tina was a key architect of the 2022 integration of Beaumont Health and Spectrum Health, which are now unified under the Corewell Health brand. Determined to tackle the health field’s greatest challenges, she inspires through innovation and collaboration to make health better for all. She leads from her heart in advancing a culture and developing people to their fullest potential.
Tina’s career journey started in the admitting department of a community hospital in Iowa, continued with an administrative fellowship at Spectrum Health in 2002, and went on to include a variety of roles at Spectrum Health, including president of the system hospital group, chief strategy officer and chief operating officer. She was named President & CEO of Spectrum Health in 2018. She continues to drive significant, transformational change as President & CEO of Corewell Health.
Community | Tina influences and shapes health policy, engages in advocacy, and builds strong relationships with decision makers across Michigan and beyond. She is a board member of the American Hospital Association, Business Leaders for Michigan, the Detroit Regional Chamber, Detroit Regional Partnership, The Gerald R. Ford Foundation, Healthcare Executives Study Society, Healthcare Institute and West Michigan Policy Forum; board chair of The Right Place; and past board chair of The Grand Rapids Economic Club and Michigan Health & Hospital Association. Her most recent recognition includes Modern Healthcare’s 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare and Top 25 Women Leaders in Healthcare, Crain’s Detroit Business’ Top Newsmakers of the Year, MLive’s Women Who Shape the State and Grand Rapids Business Journal’s 50 Most Influential Women in West Michigan.
Suzanne Shank

Suzanne Shank is co-founder, President & CEO of Siebert Williams Shank & Co., LLC (SWS) a full-service investment banking firm. Founded in 1996, the firm holds the distinction of being among the most active underwriters of debt and equity offerings and the top ranked minority- and women-owned investment banking firm in the country. Suzanne is the largest equity owner of Shank Williams Cisneros & Co., LLC, the holding company for SWS and SWS Capital Management.

Leadership | Suzanne began her professional career as a Design Engineer with General Dynamics, Electric Boat Division. After pursuing an MBA in Finance, she transitioned to Wall Street working at various boutique firms before founding Siebert Williams Shank in 1996.
Suzanne has been recognized for her leadership in the financial services industry by Forbes, Crain’s New York and Detroit, U.S Banker Magazine, Black Enterprise, Ebony Magazine, and Investopedia, among others. Suzanne has won numerous awards and honors throughout her career including being inducted in the inaugural Bond Buyer Hall of Fame, recipient of The Security Traders Association of New York (STANY) 2022 Outstanding Contribution to the Industry Award, Essence Phenomenal Black Female Leaders, Black Enterprise: one of the 50 most impactful women in business, being named as one of USA Today’s Georgia Women of the Century, and receiving the Savannah College of Art and Design Woman of Vision Award, among others. Suzanne was selected by the Wharton School of Business from among 100,000 graduates as one of its “125 Influential People and Ideas” and was inducted into the Academy of Distinguished Engineering Alumni at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Community | Suzanne is active in industry and civic organizations and serves on several public boards. Public company directorships include Rocket Companies, Consumers Energy, and White Mountains. She also serves on the boards of Global Citizen, the Kresge Foundation, the Skillman Foundation, Wharton Graduate Advisory Board, Partnership for New York City, Detroit Regional Chamber, and Spelman College. Suzanne is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the International Women’s Forum and the Links, Incorporated.
Suzanne is a graduate of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance, and the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
Deborah Wahl
Former Global Chief Marketing Officer, General Motors
Deborah Wahl most recently served as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Marketing Officer of General Motors.

Leadership | Her professional focus has always been to bring transformation and growth to her work, and at GM, she envisioned the possibilities of an all-electric future and brought it to life for consumers. Deborah joined General Motors in 2018 as the Global CMO of Cadillac and was appointed Global Chief Marketing Officer in 2019. Prior to joining General Motors, Deborah served as the Senior Vice President and CMO for McDonald’s from 2014 to 2017, where she played a key role in the brand’s turnaround, proudly bringing All Day Breakfast to consumers. In addition to McDonald’s, Deborah has held a number of CMO and marketing leadership positions, including at PulteGroup, Chrysler and Lexus. She has been named to the Forbes CMO Hall of Fame and is a 2021 recipient of the CMO Club Hall of Fame Award, as well as the Automotive Hall of Fame Industry Influencer Award.
Deborah has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wellesley College, an MBA from The Wharton School, and a Master of International Studies from The Lauder Institute, University of Pennsylvania.
Community | Deborah is an active business leader who served on the board of Groupon and Mediaocean, and is Chair Emeritus of the MMA Global Board. She is passionate about contributing to her community, serving on the Board of Trustees of Cranbrook Educational Community and Friends of the Children – Detroit. She is also an engaged member of the Wellesley Business Leadership Council and the International Women’s Forum.
